Nathan Moore

Nathan Moore, PT, DPT, CSCS, is a physical therapist, owner, and vice president of Limitless Physical Therapy, a practice established in 2016. With five years of industry experience, he brings a background in movement, rehabilitation, and strength development to his clinical and leadership roles. Nathan graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Northwest Nazarene University before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University.

Nathan specializes in sports rehabilitation and treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he combines his physical therapy education with knowledge of strength training and athletic performance. His clinical techniques include spinal manipulation. His professional experience also includes selection to medical staff for USA Track & Field national meets in 2022 and 2023, the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for track and field, and the 2026 Junior Worlds.

A belief that people are made to move drives Nathan’s passion for physical therapy. He finds purpose in helping patients restore strength and motion, whether they are managing an orthopedic injury or working toward a return to sport. His approach is influenced by evidence and places patient understanding at the center of care. He takes time to explain injuries and what is happening in the body so patients can participate more confidently in their recovery.

Nathan’s involvement in the athletic community extends beyond the clinic through his medical staff service at national competitions. These experiences connect his interest in sports rehabilitation with opportunities to support athletes facing the demands of competition. His enthusiasm for helping people move also shapes his educational writing, which addresses topics including track and field injuries, young athletes’ basketball and baseball injuries, and recovery following car accidents.

At Limitless Physical Therapy, Nathan contributes clinical experience and a commitment to education that support the practice’s focus on helping people regain movement and strength. Through patient care and accessible educational content, he helps readers better understand rehabilitation and their bodies. Readers can connect with Nathan through his  LinkedIn profile.
